What Do I Need To Bring With My Dog?

We provide bed, bedding (vetbed) and dishes for your dog during boarding so you don’t need to bring these items with you. You can birng any favourite toys. To help your dog settle in it is a good idea to bring something of your own, for example, an old worn t-shirt or a pillowcase that smells of you so that your dog is surrounded by familiar smell. Any items left are at your own risks.

Do I Have To Bring My Dogs Own Food?

No. We keep many premium moist and dry foods, in stock. However, if you want to bring your own pets diet you can.

What Time Can I Drop My Dog Off At The Kennels?

We prefer dogs to be dropped off for boarding between 9:00am and 2.00pm.  However we will accept for boarding upto 6:00pm. If your pet hasn’t boarded with us before please avoid afternoon arrivals so he or she can settle in before bedtime.

What If My Dog Became Ill Whilst In Boarding?

If your dog became ill during boarding we will seek veterinary advise. Our vet is on call 24 hours a day. Your dog is fully covered by our insurance both during its stay and for the following 48 hours. We treat our boarding dogs as we would treat our own dogs. If they need to be seen by a vet we will ensure they do so. Your own vet will be contacted for advice on medical history.
